What I want to write about this author would take an entire website so I am cutting it down to a paragraph or two. Tolkien has created such a world completely out of this earth that one wonders how he did it. He wrote so much about the topic that twelve enormous volumes of its history along with other posthumous works are barely enough to sum up what it was. Even now his son Christopher Tolkien is finding and writing more and more about it. Tolkien has written Lord of the Rings which is the most read of his books (they have also been turned into films) not to mention the most easiest to understand. Further on he has written the Silmarillion which talks of the creation of Middle-Earth and of the gods. This is where it starts getting very complicated, especially with people named like Finrod, Feanor and Felagund etc etc.
